The Minister of Health Roman Prymula (for ANO) does not expect mass testing of the entire Czech population for Covid-19 in the near future.

Two weeks ago, Prymula mentioned plans to test almost everyone in the Czech Republic at the same time. You can read about it here.
The ministry wanted to use so-called antigen tests that are cheaper, faster, but less accurate than the commonly used PCR method. According to Prymula, the reliability of antigen kits should first be verified in selected regions before any widespread testing.
Even after the ministry verifies that the antigen tests are reliable enough and the testing becomes more widespread, the current plan is not to actually test the entire population.
