Food charity donation

In Saturday's food charity collection in the Czech Republic, people in shops donated 440 tons of products. It is the most that has ever been collected in this event, despite the fact that this year it was accompanied by security measures against the spread of Covid-19. The collection continues in e-shops and corporate charity events. The products will then be sorted and handed over by food banks to non-profit organizations, which distribute them to single mothers, single seniors, families in crisis, the homeless or people with mental and physical disabilities.

The Church of Christ the Savior was consecrated by Cardinal Dominik Duka, Archbishop of Prague, on Sunday.
