On Monday, secondary schools and kindergarten in the remaining regions will open - as well as museums, galleries and monuments.

Secondary school pupils in the Zlín, South Bohemian and Vysočina regions will also start alternating between weeks at school and learning from home. Kindergartens will resume operating fully. Practical teaching at universities will also re-start. The government also decided to compensate schools for expenses for the more accurate PCR tests with 200 crowns per test. PM Andrej Babiš (ANO) wants to open all schools from May 17, if possible - without alternating weeks at home and in schools.
All self-payers with an indicated health problem will now be able to go to the spa for treatment - with a negative coronavirus test. According to the Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlíček (for ANO), it is possible that from May 17, outdoor seatings of restaurants, pubs and bars and also hotels and other accommodation services could open.
From May 10, museums, galleries or monuments in remaining regions will also start operating - still without the possibility of group tours. First significant loosening of measures concerning culture events should happen on May 24. The Minister of Health Petr Arenberger (for ANO) expects that the maximum capacity for spectators seated indoors should be 50%.
