Want to spend the Summer in South Bohemia?

South Bohemia region have decided to support tourism in the area and offers 30 percent sales on accomodation and other sales for entry fees to the zoo or museums. In total the region will spend 39 million crowns on this project called Summer in South Bohemia.

So far people have used almost one million crowns on these sales - mostly they were tourists from Prague, South Bohemia and Moravia. The goal of this project is to support tourism in South Bohemia region. The website offers 30 percent sales on accomodation and up to 70 percent sales on entry fees to the zoo and museums for families. People must spend more than three days in the region in order to get the sale.


Roughly 170 hotels in the region have taken part in the project and the number is still growing, says the CEO of the Centre of South Bohemia tourism, Jaromír Polášek. When the total of 39 milion crowns in this project is spent other wave of sales will probably come, claims Polášek.
