Industry and Trade Minister Karel Havlíček (for ANO) thinks that "irreplaceable" services should open next, but no sooner than in two weeks.

According to Havlíček, there should be at least a two-week interval between each loosening of the anti-epidemic measures so that the government can assess the effects of the previous one. The current PES system is to be replaced by a new set of loosening "packages" with no particular dates.
The criteria for "activating" the packages are being discussed by the cabinet and experts. An increase in newly confirmed cases in the last 7 or 14 days or the number of hospitalizations should be among them.
The Minister of Industry and Trade would suggest opening services that are "irreplaceable" and that people are in dire need of - such as hairdressers or pedicure. "Things that, simply put, cannot be bought over the Internet," said Havlíček.
